Job Title: Home Based Therapist Location: Muncie, IN Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate Home Based Therapist to provide mental health support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in therapy and a strong understanding of diverse mental health issues. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions in clients’ homes.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure.
