We are seeking a dedicated Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Sr. BCBA) to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
