Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Lanham, MD. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for individuals with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
