Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Little Neck, NY Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Little Neck, NY. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs

Collaborate with families and other professionals

Monitor and evaluate client progress

Qualifications: Must be a certified BCBA with experience in ABA therapy. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
