Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: City, IL Salary: Up to $200,000 a year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention strategies

Training and supervising staff and caregivers

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field

Current BCBA certification

Strong communication and analytical skills
