Job Title: Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Newport News, VA Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team in Newport News, VA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective treatment.

• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
