Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Bloomfield, Pittsburgh, PA Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Bloomfield, Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to implement behavior intervention strategies.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
