Job Title: Director of Nursing Services Location: Keizer, OR Salary: $99,000 – $115,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing team in Keizer, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing nursing operations and ensuring high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
  • Managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
