Job Title: Director of Nursing Location: Cary, NC Salary: $86,000 – $114,400 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
  • Managing budgets and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

    • Qualifications include a valid RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), and at least 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
