Job Title: Director – Emergency Department Location: Deming, NM Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Director for our Emergency Department to lead and enhance patient care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and leadership experience in emergency medicine. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Develop and implement policies to improve patient care

• Collaborate with medical staff and administration

• Manage departmental budget and resources

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in emergency services
