Job Title: Memory Care Director (LPN or RN) Location: Spanish Springs, NV Salary: $38 – $40 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Director (LPN or RN) to lead our memory care team in Spanish Springs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents with memory impairments.

  • Oversee daily operations of the memory care unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers
